hitRECord.org ist eine etwas andere Community, die vom Schauspieler Jospeh Gorden-Levitt und seinem Bruder gegründet wurde. Hier steht das collaborative Miteinander im Vordergrund und weniger die Präsentation von Einzelergebnissen. Ziel ist es also, durch aufgreifen der Arbeiten anderer Community-Mitglieder entsprechend neue Werke zu erstellen. Das Team von hitRECord.org leitet hierbei im Hintergrund, um Gemeinschaftsergebnisse zu erzielen, die dann möglichst auch veröffentlicht und verkauft werden können.
